Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Haya & Kalos, every piece is crafted with intention. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a seamless exchange experience.


Exchanges

  • Exchange only. Returns are not applicable.
  • Request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
  • Valid for size change or product of equal/higher value.
  • One exchange per order.

Exchange Process

  • Email hello@hayakalos.com within 48 hours.
  • ₹300 exchange fee per item.
  • Reverse pickup arranged (serviceable pincodes).
  • Self-shipping may be required in some cases.

Once approved, exchanges are dispatched within 7–10 working days. If unavailable, a credit note will be issued (valid for 90 days).


Cancellations

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.
  • Issued as credit note or product exchange.
  • 2–3% payment gateway fee applies.
  • Orders may be cancelled due to availability or security concerns.

Refunds & Returns

  • No refunds once delivered.
  • Returns only for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Unboxing video required within 24 hours.
  • Claims without video will not be accepted.

Exclusions

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom pieces
  • Accessories

Additional Information

  • Reverse pickup depends on pincode.
  • Self-shipping may be required.
  • Minor color variations are not defects.
