At Haya & Kalos, a premium experience goes beyond the product itself. It includes thoughtful packaging, reliable delivery, and complete transparency. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping will be introduced in a later phase.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders within India.
No minimum order value applies.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During sales or festive periods, processing timelines may extend slightly.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote / Special Service Areas: Up to 8–10 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

We work with trusted and verified courier partners selected based on serviceability, delivery efficiency, and reliability for your location.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp. For assistance, contact us at support@hayakalos.com.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pincodes.
  • Our courier partner may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch.
  • Repeated COD order rejections may lead to COD being disabled for future orders.

Delays, Failed Deliveries & RTO

In alignment with our Returns & Refund Policy :

  • Incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts may result in a Return to Origin (RTO).
  • If an order is returned due to customer-related issues, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting return shipping and handling charges.
  • Haya & Kalos is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

To remain consistent with our Returns & Refund Policy :

  • If a package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept delivery.
  • Notify us within 24 hours with photos/videos at support@hayakalos.com.
  • Claims reported after acceptance may not be eligible for return or refund.

Address changes are possible only before dispatch.
